Cognitive Reset for IIBA UK at Leadenhall Market

The Partnership Brief: In commemoration of Mental Health Awareness Week 2026, The Scent of Burnout® partnered with the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) UK Chapterto deliver an exclusive, on-site "Sensory Resilience" workshop. The session was specifically designed to help Business Analysts, product owners and change practitioners step away from high-cognitive load tasks and transition into an intentional state of recovery.
To commemorate this special Mental Health Awareness Week partnership, our founder, Corina Badeanu, hand-crafted a bespoke, dedicated signature piece featuring custom red wax lettering spelling out IIBA UK.
Alongside it, attendees designed their own custom botanical candles using organic soy wax, real crystals, delicate gold leaf foil, and custom-blended doTERRA essential oils diluted with premium jojoba carrier oil. These finished pieces serve as permanent sensory anchors for the attendees' workspace, a physical reminder that strength and softness can coexist in high-pressure roles.
