1. I can’t even draw a straight line. Is this workshop really for me?

This has nothing to do with being “good at art.” It’s about the simple, grounding feeling of making something tangible in a world of endless digital tasks. If you can stir a coffee, you have all the prerequisite skills. We handle the technical stuff so you can just enjoy the process.

2. What makes your workshops “therapeutic,” exactly? Am I going to have to talk about my feelings?

No, this isn't that kind of meeting. The therapy is in the doing. It’s a scheduled, two-hour stop on overthinking. You will be so focused on the scent and the wax that you might just forget to look at your phone.

4. My company has a wellness budget. Can I really expense this?

Absolutely. Most companies are happy to expense our workshops under "wellbeing," "mindfulness" or "stress-management training." We are happy to provide an invoice to make your expense claim seamless.

5. What’s the story with the golden feather?

It’s our core symbol. Think of it as a tangible reminder of lightness after heaviness. Your reward for choosing softness, creativity and connection in a world that wants you productive all the time.

6. I noticed "The Legend" candle is unscented. What's the added value there?

That’s a deliberate design choice. "The Legend" is a statement of pure light, not fragrance. It’s designed to be the ultimate centrepiece for a dinner party or a large gathering, providing magnificent ambiance without ever competing with the aroma of a shared meal. It’s also perfect for anyone with sensitivities.

7. What’s the story with the Eco-Stone Daisies?

They are our signature 'Sensory Anchor.' Each daisy is hand-cast in our Bermondsey studio using non-toxic, VOC-free eco-stone. We use them as decor but they are also a tactile tool for grounding. Holding one is a physical reminder to slow down: a pebble-smooth souvenir of your time in the studio.

8. What’s the turnaround time on shipping? Are we talking next-day synergy?

We hand-pour and pack everything with care, which takes a moment. We aim to dispatch all orders within 3-5 business days. Think of it less as an urgent deliverable and more as a sustainable marathon. Good things and calm minds, take time.

9. Can you bring this workshop to my office for my team?

Yes and it’s the best decision you will make all year. Our corporate workshops are the perfect way to help your team genuinely disconnect and bond over a shared, calming experience. 10. What exactly is in these candles?

No mystery ingredients or corporate secrets here. We use 100% natural soy wax, lead-free cotton or wooden wicks and premium fragrance and essential oils that are all vegan-friendly and cruelty-free. Clean, simple and designed with your wellbeing in mind.

11. What exactly is Eco-Stone? Is it basically concrete?

Think of it as concrete’s sophisticated, eco-conscious cousin. It’s a water-based, non-toxic composite that is VOC-free (no nasty fumes here). We use it to hand-cast our signature Daisies and vessels because it’s incredibly smooth, sustainable, and feels like a cool pebble in your palm. It’s planet-friendly luxury you can actually touch.

12. I see crystals and botanicals in the jars. Do they catch fire?

Safety first, zen second. We guide you to place your semi-precious crystals and dried florals safely away from the wick. They are there to create a "Sensory Souvenir"—a miniature landscape of calm that looks beautiful while the wax is solid and creates a glowing, enchanted pool once lit.

13. I'm a dog person. Can I bring my own to the studio?

We are huge rescue-dog advocates (our two "Co-Founders" are adopted legends themselves), but to keep the studio calm for everyone, including those with allergies, we ask that your pups stay home.

The Silver Lining: Our resident rescues are often snoozing in the corner. If you’re lucky, you’ll get an oxytocin boost from a wagging tail while your wax sets. (If you have allergies, just let us know in advance!)
