Ayurveda and Art for Thyroid Balance

You have felt tired for months. Your hands are cold even when the room is warm. Your energy drops by mid-afternoon no matter how much sleep you got. Your GP ran the standard panel and told you everything looks normal. You already know that "normal" and "fine" are not the same thing, and Ayurveda and Art for Thyroid Balance was built to close that gap.

What You Get in Two Hours

Maria Gautam, who studies both biochemistry and Ayurveda, teaches you Bhramari breathwork and explains, in plain language, why it supports thyroid function. You practise it in the room, so you can use it again that same night. She also breaks down what is actually happening in your body when your thyroid is under strain, so you leave able to explain it to yourself, or to your GP, instead of nodding along to numbers on a lab report.

Then you cast a blue butterfly in eco-stone, shaped from the thyroid gland and coloured for the throat chakra. You take it home, and it becomes the one object in your space that marks the day you stopped ignoring what your body was telling you.

The session closes with an open Q&A with Maria and Corina. Bring the question you have been researching alone at 1am.

Where It Happens

We are holding this workshop inside the Sky Lounge at Battersea Power Station, a space normally reserved for residents only. On the 27th of September, this workshop is the only way in.

Who This Is For

If you have ever left a doctor's appointment more frustrated than when you arrived, this workshop was built with you in mind. You need no experience with art or with Ayurveda, just two free hours on a Sunday.
