RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS POLICY

Effective as of 1st May 2025

We don’t do drama, just candles. Here is how we handle changes, cancellations and returns.

1. Workshop Cancellations

• Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance for a full refund or one-time reschedule.

• No-shows and late cancellations are non-refundable.

• You may transfer your booking to someone else, just let us know in advance.

2. Product Returns (e.g., Burnout Recovery Kits or candles)

• Due to the nature of our handmade products, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged.

• If your order is damaged in transit, please email us within 48 hours with a photo for a replacement or refund.

3. Digital Products or Vouchers

• Digital gift vouchers are non-refundable and valid for 6 months.

• Online class recordings (if offered) are non-refundable once accessed.
